What is the club and what is its purpose?
Happy Wrinkles Club, established in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, aims to recruit as many members as possible, both foreign and Latin American, especially adults, to offer them the highest quality services of all kinds, starting with health services. To achieve this, members will receive a bracelet with their most relevant information, allowing them to contact a 24/7 help center or call center in case of need. This center will provide the necessary directions or support as quickly as possible. We know that there are people who die during the night, unable to call for help.
Who are we?
Dr. José Valencia (Pepe Valencia), aware of the health needs of the elderly, and especially of foreigners living in San Miguel, has decided to create a group or club whose members can receive 24/7 support for their health needs and/or emergencies with just one phone call.
Services
The services we offer are primarily based on the health needs of all residents of San Miguel de Allende, especially those living alone, those with chronic health conditions who may require guidance, emergency care, survival checks, post-surgical monitoring, or simply in-home or clinic visits from a healthcare professional. Services include injections, IV fluids, wound cleaning, hospital transfers, veterinary care, and much more.
Identification bracelet
A bracelet that identifies you as a member of the Happy Wrinkles Club, displaying your name, membership number, and the phone number of the call center or telephone support center, which has all the necessary information to address any needs that may arise.
Directory of healthcare professionals
The services available to you include: a directory of healthcare professionals (doctors, specialists in various fields, nursing services, psychologists, dentists, caregivers, companion services, veterinarians, transportation within and outside of San Miguel de Allende, etc.).
When you call our call center, you will receive a list of these providers offering all the aforementioned services, including relevant information such as name, specialty, address, phone number, fees, etc. And if desired, we can coordinate to ensure they receive the best possible care in the shortest possible time.
